They substituted bland phrases, like “improved sales” with thought-scary bullets, like this: “Boosted income by advertising a by no means-before-launched product line.” They replaced “increased productiveness” with workplace examples, like: “Blasted through a 25-week backlog in 10 days to find time for a rush of recent shoppers.” Here’s the underside line: A nice resume grabs recruiters by the shirtsleeves.
